Manje is operated by Manje Technologies ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the App, Website, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

Savings Goals: Setting and tracking progress toward financial goals
Bill Reminders: Scheduling and tracking recurring bill payments
AI-Powered Insights: Automated spending analysis, anomaly detection, and weekly reports

The Services are designed to help you organize and understand your personal finances. Manje does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, tax guidance, or any professional financial services. The insights and categorizations provided by our AI are for informational purposes only.

You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any financial decisions. We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information provided through the Services.

6. User Data and Privacy

The Services may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, including but not limited to Firebase (authentication and analytics), Google (sign-in), and Mixpanel (analytics). We strive to keep the Services available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Malawi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malawi.
